Alexander Cutler is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. Alex’s practice focuses on the representation of clients in commercial disputes, including business litigation, travel marketing litigation, and construction litigation.  Mr. Cutler has also represented numerous clients in the areas of personal injury litigation and community association litigation.

Alex received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2004 and his B.A., cum laude, in government from Connecticut College in 2001. He is the 2004 Emory University School of Law recipient of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for Distinguished Achievement in the Art and Science of Advocacy and a former member of the Emory University School of Law Moot Court Society and Moot Court Special Team for Evidence.  He is admitted to the bar of the State of Georgia and is a member in good standing with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, and the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia.
