Matt Cash joined the firm's Atlanta office in the fall of 2007.  He primarily focuses on general corporate and commercial practice matters, including business transactions, structured financing, secured transactions, securitizations, resort development, and media and marketing regulation and compliance. Matt also practices in the area of entertainment law, and has assisted independent music and film companies in the acquisition and protection of intellectual property rights and the negotiation of talent and publishing agreements.

Matt received his law degree from the Emory University School of Law, where he graduated with honors.  Prior to attending law school, Matt graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia and received an A.B.J. in Public Relations.  During his time at Emory, Matt was a member of the Emory University School of Law Moot Court Society and competed on the Emory Moot Court Society Special Team in Constitutional Law.  Matt is a member of the Georgia Bar.
