Dana M. Tucker Davis is an associate in the firm’s litigation group, specializing in complex consumer retail, fraud, and civil litigation. In addition to trying numerous cases, Dana has extensive experience in all aspects and phases of civil litigation, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout the state and federal courts in Georgia. Dana’s primary area of focus is in commercial litigation, general civil litigation, marketing and sales litigation and community association litigation. Dana is also the published author of Preventing Secondary Effects of Adult Entertainment Establishments: Is Zoning the Solution? 12 J Land Use & Envtl. Law 383.
Prior to joining the firm, Dana served as the Director of Investigations and Senior Attorney for the Georgia Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs, pursuing businesses and corporations for unfair and/or deceptive business practices, sales, marketing and advertising violations. Dana has represented the state of Georgia on various Executive Committees for the National Association of Attorneys General Consumer Protection Division.
An Atlanta native, Dana is admitted to all state and federal courts in Georgia. Dana is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Gate City Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys.
