Thomas A. Bartolozzi, Esq. is a partner in the Atlanta office of  W&S, which is a full-service law firm.  His practice includes: commercial and residential real estate; resort and land development; community association law; corporate transactional and M&A, including acquisition, financing and business transactions; trade practice; and marketing.  Mr. Bartolozzi has frequently lectured on subjects related to these practice areas.  Mr. Bartolozzi is a member of the State Bar Georgia, New York State Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, American Resort Development Association (ARDA), Atlanta Board of Realtors and Community Associations Institute (CAI).  He earned his B.A. from Rutgers College, Rutgers University; J.D. from Widener University School of Law; and LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University of Law.
